Just be sure that when you buy any of the foods from this gluten free diet food list, that the food has not been altered in anyway. As soon as the food is processed there is a possibility that gluten has been added e.g. breaded ham, stuffing in chicken, a sauce with your prawns etc.

If you can eat as naturally as possible, especially in the beginning, this will help your recovery. Processed foods are not as good for you as natural foods and there is a higher risk of cross contamination if you eat processed foods.
