All the restaurant reviews, tips and product reviews on this site are based on my own personal and honest opinions.
All the products that I have tried and tested were gluten free at the time of testing, but please be aware that companies can (and do) change the ingredients of their products so it is always good to double check the ingredients of any product before you buy it.
When I review a restaurant on this website I’ll give you my honest opinion of the gluten free choices available, the quality of the food, the knowledge of the staff and whether or not I had any gluten reaction to the food. However as restaurant staff can change and coeliacs can react differently to different amounts of gluten I cannot guarantee that just because a restaurant was safe for me, it will be safe for you. Always check before booking a restaurant that they provide gluten free options and always tell your waiter or waitress that you require a gluten free meal.
All the recipes listed on this site are gluten free. As a precaution always read the labels on the back of any ingredients that you use to double check.
I am not a medical professional and I do not have any medical qualifications. This website contains some general information about medical conditions and treatments, but this information is not advice, and should not be treated as such. If you suspect that you have coeliac disease (or any other medical condition) it is important that you consult a doctor.
