Welcome to my Gluten Free Food & Travel Blog

Just a quick post to say hello and welcome to my new gluten free food & travel blog. My name is Suzanne, I live in Scotland, and I was recently diagnosed with coeliac (celiac) disease. I love to travel and visit different places in the world and I also love to cook & eat out.  Unfortunately all of these things become a little bit more challenging when you have coeliac disease and things need to be thought out and planned a little more than usual.
