Gluten Free Jambalaya Recipe

gluten free jambayaya ingredientsHere’s a really quick and simple gluten free Jambalaya Recipe. I’ve been making this for years, long before I had to go on a gluten free diet and the only thing I had to adjust was the stock, to ensure that it was gluten free (yes, I use the lazy cook’s method of a stock cube!).
