Here’s a really quick and simple gluten free Jambalaya Recipe. I’ve been making this for years, long before I had to go on a gluten free diet and the only thing I had to adjust was the stock, to ensure that it was gluten free (yes, I use the lazy cook’s method of a stock cube!).
It takes around half an hour or so to make it.
If you don’t like prawns you can replace them with chicken and cook the chicken at the beginning of the recipe rather than the end.
